Shands General is Newsday's Best New Restaurant of 2024 and one of Long Island's Top 50. The ground floor brasserie serves a chef-driven, locally sourced menu that changes seasonally — housemade pastas, a proper bistro steak, and a cocktail program run by Long Island's only back-to-back Bartender League champions.
